Attorney John A. D'Onofrio

     Attorney D'Onofrio has been a licensed attorney for 30 plus years. Licensed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. Attorney John A. D'Onofrio limits his practice of law to estate planning, wealth management, elder care law, and special needs planning. John is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Wealth Counsel. Johnis a regular speaker at estate planning seminars. Attorney D'Onofrio graduated with a B.A. from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.

    John is also President and founder of Good Shepherd Legal Foundation, a non-profit public charity that provides complimentary estate planning for families of special needs children including Special Needs Trusts and Petitions for Guardianships.
